chatlobby 18 U.S.C. 2257 exemption statement

chatlobby is not a producer of any visual content that appears on it. all content is uploaded by users, without being selected, edited or reviewed by chatlobby beforehand.

chatlobby transmits, stores and hosts these communications without selecting or altering their content, and is therefore exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v). the user who created and uploaded a depiction is its producer.

chatlobby is for adults only. content that appears to depict anyone under eighteen is removed, the account behind it is terminated, and it is reported as required by law.
